Fluhme is a direct sales cosmetics company that started over 10 years ago and is based out of Pittsburgh, PA. Fluhme expanded into a nationwide company with independent Beauty Artists across the country. The company provides a large selection of skin care products sold by independent Fluhme Beauty Artists primarily at home-based Beauty Events nationwide. Fluhme's stated mission is to pursue "a place in history as the premier cosmetic company of the 21st century. We are committed to creating beautiful lives, from the inside out. The company's line up of products includes DayLites daily beauty, a selection of colorful cosmetics in the form of blushes, bases, lipsticks and eye liners. Selections include: NightLites palette, StarLites palette, Baked Eyeshadows, and Baked Blushes. Fluhme also offers the opportunity for entrepreneurs to join the company and get involved with selling products in exchange for commissions and bonuses, and participation in Fluhme's compensation plan.

Fluhme's hosts are eligible to earn $200 or more in free Fluhme products for hosting Fluhme Beauty Events.
